Join us for a 1-day workshop led by experienced and knowledgeable coaches that outlines our approach to functional training. With an emphasis on squatting, pressing, hinging, and Weightlifting technique, this accelerated workshop is designed to help athletes understand how to get stronger by optimizing lifts effectively. 


WHO IS THIS FOR?

Strength Accelerated is for athletes new to our community who have limited experience with Back Squats, Deadlifts, and Pressing variations. If you enjoy learning how to turn knowledge into power, this one’s for you.

Our workshop also benefits anyone wanting to join our Foundations program who has scheduling conflicts with our current program. Our workshop will also benefit anyone not getting the results you expected from your current training? Join our team!


WHEN IS THIS WORKSHOP?

Saturday, November 21st, 2PM - 5PM

You’ll spend equal time learning and moving. Bring a notebook. Dress comfortably and expect to train. Snacks are optional, but masks are mandatory.


HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?

$65 per person, and space is limited.

If you join our program, your $65 will be credited back to your first month. Pretty neat!


WHAT’S THE FOCUS?

Improving squat, hinge, press, and Weightlifting technique through a detailed understanding of movement approach, important cues, and opportunities to optimize for effective and measurable results.
